Sometimes faith is a sprint

REMEMBER trying to do it all on your own? Remember feeling out of control?

It was the darkest of times. For me it was hell.

I could have easily ended up dead in a ditch.

Then the Lord showed up — just in time, like always.

He calmed the storm. He set the waters still. And the torment left me.

But sometimes, life gets crazy and hectic no matter what. It’s a sense of loss of control.

Do you sometimes feel this way too?

If you do, go back and remember. Never forget. Repeat it again and again.

You are His. He is your Lord and Savior. Nothing can break that bond.

Body and Blood cannot be taken back. His promise cannot be taken away from you.

So let the chaos dissolve into peace.

Float upon the Living Water.

Surf the energy of the Spirit of God who makes all things new.

As it is He who makes you new.

So take courage, rise up, and hit the ground running.

Sometimes, faith is a sprint, a massive effort, an impossible task, a terrifying giant that needs to be brought down.

Alone, it’s impossible. But with God, all things are possible.

Peace is possible, even during the wildest storm.

Body and Blood cannot be taken back.

The world cannot take away his promise from you.

Trust. Believe. You can do it.

Call out His holy name.

And the Spirit will come.

He will answer for you — come what may.

. . . . . . .

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

  1. Perfect for me! I have been going through all types of medical and mental problems. Not only mine, but family too. Then Along came blessings from some acquaintances and Senior Helpers. Still not completely well, but we are on our our way.
Your post really spoke to me. God bless you.
